The Client Portal

To keep you abreast of all your essential updates, we use a robust Client Portal! This houses your contract, invoices, client forms, status reports, email communications, everything!

You can update your contact information, manage an upcoming appointment, view your contract, or see exactly what your virtual assistant worked on last week.

 

 

Communication and Reporting

We’ll be in touch throughout each week and wrap up with a weekly report sent to you by email and added to the Client Portal. 

You’ll also receive emails with timesheet reports so you’re always up to date with what your assistant is working on. More, through the Client Portal you can add additional tasks to your virtual assistant’s workload (or send it to us by email). 

 

Invoicing and Payment

Once your initial setup fee is taken care of, you’ll be billed at the end of every month. Your billable hour reports are emailed and can also be found in the Reports section of the Client Portal. We send invoices at the end of every month.
