Virtual assistants are the most versatile team members you’ll find. They have skills that can serve coaches, consultants, sales and marketing teams, small businesses, local companies, authors, agencies, and more!
A virtual assistant can also be a huge asset if your business has recently shifted online during COVID-19.
get started with our teamVirtual assistants offer a wide range of skills and services suitable for just about any business or industry. Your virtual assistant can manage your inbox, follow-up with clients, schedule social media posts, do research for your company, manage Facebook ads, book travel arrangements, or coordinate your team’s schedules.
Contact us if you’re wondering if a virtual assistant is right for you!
We are a white glove virtual assistant management service, so we handle literally everything for you. You work directly with a Client Success Manager, and we take it from there.
From managing day to day tasks and logging hours to coaching and issuing payments, we got you covered so you can focus on what you love.
We understand that fit is so important. If you’re finding your Client Success Manager just isn’t a good fit, let us know. We’re all here to help!
It depends on what you need. If you’re looking for a full-time contractor, your virtual assistant may be dedicated to you. In many instances, assistants on our team serve multiple clients.
We handle all of that! We use a system that allows our virtual assistants to start and stop a timer, then provide a quick breakdown of tasks that were completed in that time. It allows us to effectively manage an assistant without micro-managing.
At the end of the month, this report is sent to you so you stay in the know.
We get it, this is a common concern. While there may be some times where our team isn’t available (training days, holidays, etc.), one of the benefits of working with Task Otter is the ability to have an entire team at your disposal so your downtime is minimized.
We encourage you to have an open dialogue with your Client Success Manager to ensure we know when you’ve got urgent deadlines that we need to accommodate.
It is definitely possible for your virtual assistant to answer the phone or manage a live support channel. It’s important to remember that they are still expected to be able to create their own schedule within your general availability needs and are paid for any hours they are on call rather than just time spent interacting on the phone or in a chat.
We recommend speaking to your tax professional for the best, most up to date tax advice. For tax purposes, you are hiring our agency directly as a business service rather than contracting with a virtual assistant in a 1099 relationship.
During your onboarding process, we’ll work together to estimate the number of hours needed for your business each month and bill according to that block of time at the beginning of the month.
We aim to come right in on time. If it looks like you might go over your allotted hours, we’ll reach out to give you a heads-up and bill you for any extra time at the end of the month.
Extra hours do not roll over and must be used each month, but we’re happy to adjust your plan if you find yourself needing less than we estimated.
Our job is to take as much off your plate as possible, so we don’t allow you to hire your virtual assistant directly. However, if you love your assistant so much that you’re ready to bring them on as a full-time W2 employee, we’ll absolutely help with the process!
